| To build a new brick wall in front of the existing concrete wall with the brick work to act as a cladding to the face of the concrete. The scaffolding had to be designed and confirmed by British Waterways. The brick choice had to confirmed with local Planning Officer and Conservation Officer for British Waterways. |
