| - Internal structural works to remove complete office pod - New steel work framing, recasting and a new rear warehouse floor. - The unit was refurbished throughout including: - forming and redecoration of new toilet blocks - formed new reception areas, communal areas and - new heating and electrical installations - new ceilings etc - Removed glass curtain walling from the front elevation and formed new steel work and brick panelling and inserted 2 new composite motorised roller doors |
